Tori hails from Northern Michigan and fell in love with the academic community in Boston as a student at Wellesley College. She earned her Bachelors degree in Math and then went on get her Masters in Teaching Mathematics at the University of New Hampshire.

After completing a teaching fellowship at Phillips Academy Andover, she has spent her career supporting diverse learners in rigorous boarding schools, including Interlochen Arts Academy and the past 10 years at Milton Academy.

Tori enjoys working with students at all levels, but is particularly proud of her work with students who lack confidence in Math or struggle to see themselves as “Math people.” (We can all be math people!!)

In her free time Tori enjoys making art, traveling in her camper van with her two dogs Winnie and Roo, and studying Swedish.
